Why are Takealot prices higher than our site?

Takealot charges us a fulfillment fee for every item you purchase. We have to recover those fees by charging a higher price on Takealot
      
How can I track my order?
Click on the "Chat with us" icon, you should see a tracking option, fill in your order number and e mail address                                                                            
What delivery options are there?
  1. Use our courier based on lowest cost
  2. Use your courier, select self pickup on check out and send us a message that you will send your own courier
  3. Self Pickup, arrange to pickup yourself from our factory (By appointment only)                                                                                                              
What are the delivery charges? 

Delivery charges are calculated at check out

Delivery is fulfilled by U Africa, they work with different courier services to get the best deal for you.  Visit their site below for more information.

To main centers, about 2 to 3 days.

To rural areas about 3 to 5 days.

Over night delivery is subject to stock on hand

We make no guarantee that order will depart the same day
